Day 3 yay
My Day 2 was actually one of the best days of my life. Sure I had a headache, anxiety, and bowel issues, but I started being really honest with the people around me and it felt great. I also started part of my recovery plan and saw a naturopathic doctor and put it all out in the table.
I filled my day with a lot of other really rewarding activities - ones I used to do but abandoned over the years.
I slept a few hours last night.
Looking forward to day 3.
Much thanks to all

Hey Water. I'm glad to hear you're doing well on Day 2. I'm encouraged that you're building a plan and seeking help. These are the things that will help you discover your path to sobriety and keep you on it long term!

Thats great Water. Congrats on day 3!
I think its ironic how in early sobriety we can feel really beat up and stuck and that can make taking action feel really difficult, but at the same time when we do take actions like you did to improve where you're at its kinda the best medicine in terms of helping to feel better.
