I hope a new day brings you other feelings besides foolishness. You should feel strong for admitting it's DAY ONE for you again. I had many, many, many DAY ONES. But on day one, I told myself I wouldn't drink today, that I'd dink tomorrow. And then when I woke up, I told myself I wouldn't drink today, that I'd drink tomorrow and it gradually became 15 months. You should look into getting one of those sobriety apps that helps you count your seconds and hours sober--sometimes that's all we can do to stay sober, live minute by minute without a drink or drug. It sounds juvenile, but it works. DAY ONES are tough. If you have made it past this, you can keep going.

Remember--just because today wasn't a sober day doesn't mean tomorrow has to be either. Keep fighting<3
