30 days sober today! It has been a hard long journey to 30 days. Many days felt like I was losing my mind and then days of complete euphoria. I have met some wonderful people in AA that have really helped me along the way. It is still difficult each day, but I know if I can just keep getting through 24 hours I can do this. It really helps me on my hard days that tomorrow will be here in no time. So if you are stuggling keep at it, it is not easy but so worth it and tomorrow will be here in no time.

Any words of encouragement to keep on keeping on, would be wonderful!

You have actually found the key to doing this! One day at a time, that's all you have to focus on. If you can say to yourself every morning, "today I will not drink", then you're there.
