Did anyone else experience optic flickers during withdrawal?

im not sure if it was withdrawls, but my left eyelid fluttered for a while when i got sober.

I had all kinda of odd things happen when I experienced withdrawal. I believe one thing that can contribute to involuntary movements of all types is the imbalance of sodium/potassium/calcium in the body as a result of being depleted from alcohol use.

I had all kinds of odd symptoms in withdrawal. Honestly I think some of them were just that since I was drunk all the time I just started noticing things happening in my body as my brain and nerves came alive again.

Eye twitches can have a myriad of causes though, so if it's something that is really bothering you see a doctor. Getting a checkup after quitting is a very good idea anyway to see if things are OK from a general health standpoint.
