I took advice here and blocked my axbf.....

It's only been 3 days but already I can feel a little joy sneaking back into my life.

I still have some anxiety, especially in the evenings and first thing when I wake up but I can feel my myself starting to look FORWARD.

It's been a long time since I looked that way lol and I'm feeling good about it

You're strong! I should have blocked my ex as soon as we broke up, but there's always that hope. I think it's really freeing to take back your control.

It took me a while! We broke up weeks ago.... But he would text me every once in a while.... And it would just send me into a big downer...

Yep - blocking is a game changer. I'm about 3.5 mos no contact - peace from it all happened FAST because of it. Of course there were hard days....but now, it's mostly roses and sunshine and a HAPPY HOME for me. Good job, I'm happy for you!!
