Day 50

Well I'm sat in Gatwick airport ay 2.30am on my way to Majorca for a weeks rest and to detox off my 12 yr addiction to nicotine gum. I am happy to say I am 50 days sober and I'm grateful for this. I continue to lose weight and have lost 8kg so far, blood pressure still spot on and cravings are becoming less. No one believed I could do this and that prob included myself. Here's to the next 50 days.
