Hi Dave,

I'm sorry that you got caught up in drinking again. 4 months sober is great and I'm sure that you can do it again. Can you think of anything you can add to your recovery plan to help prevent another relapse? We do understand how hard this is.

Good to meet you, Dave. We all understand how that feels.

It was a good first step to join us. There's a lot of hope, encouragement, and friendship here. It sounds like you've learned something through this experience. Sometimes we need to have further proof that we can't touch it. I know I did. Glad to have you with us .

I totally understand, the longest I had made it before was 33 days so I applaud your four months. Anna is right, I kept having to tweak my plan until I finally found what worked for me. Pour it out and start another day one, you'll feel better about yourself.

Good news? You can get back up. This time do it like a cowboy. Cowboys get thrown from horses yet they get back on to keep on herding.
