6 months
I haven't drank for six months. I finally feel like it getting better. It's been a roller coaster. I still think of wine everyday but the temptation isn't as strong as before. I feel like I have grown a lot in the past six months. I've learned to set boundaries with people, and I've learned in stressful situations how to step back and/or just walk away. Not saying it's been a walk in the park, but it has gotten a little easier just in this past month.
