Hey guys,
So i'm almost 3 weeks in and most of my physical symptons have gone for the most part (thank god). The fog and anxiety I think have dissipated and the worst is over with that but i'm noticing a super strange feeling.. almost to the point where i'm feeling a sense of derealisation/depersonalisation where everything seems fake. Almost like theres a strange filter pulled over the world and i'm not living in it!? Its worth mentioning i've also come off off my antidepressant medication (day 3) so this could be contributing as well... has anyone else had an experience like this? Does it get better?

Personally haven't but many of us spent years abusing our bodies and it can take months for everything to get back on track, maybe talk to your doc about it. You are doing great!!!

I haven't had that experience either, but three weeks is fantastic, you are one week always from a month!!!

I haven't personally had that with alcohol but I have with SSRIs so it's worth considering that Dim.
