It is benzodiazipane I have been on for anxiety and sleep for around 7 years.
Have tried to come off a couple times and the withdrawl really is tough.
Always feel like I am emotionless in world quite terrible actually. No anxiety however you do not experience anything on this stuff Tears happiness or anything. Really has messed with my sleep over the years. Time to reduce it down....
Going to try to go from 3mg down to 1mg by November 20th

I'm down to 1/2 mg from 2 mg..... I've been tapered slowly off it, with my doc's help. I haven't suffered withdrawals, but then my doc has been taking me down very slowly. I'll be ready to stop next month
