Tuesday Recovery Plan
Good morning all!
What's your plan for staying sober today?
My daughter has a doc appt this evening which means we'll have to grab dinner out. Normally, there are a few places I would suggest where I could get a couple of beers or a glass of wine. Tonight I'm going to suggest takeout instead so we can take it home and I can avoid the temptation.
I'm also going to listen to my podcasts to and from work and if I have time, get some homework done after dinner - can't get trashed while I'm doing homework!
I am not going to drink today.

I only have 2 nights a week that I don't have my daughter (and I see her everyday) and tonight isn't one of them so I know I won't drink (don't usually drink around the kid).
Get the kid up for school, some housework, hot yoga, more house work, some gardening, walk dogs, kid comes home from school, 4;30 eye apt for her, errands, home, dinner, TV, bed. Its going to be a beautiful day.

i went to work ,
took a half day as it was so nice outside so went for a bicycle ride for 90 mins .
now i'm home sorting out the washing , making up a clean bed and put a slow bake dinner in the oven .
I'm checking in with other SR people to hopefully re-enforce my own sobriety and assist with theirs.

Love reading everyone's plans. 
I'm going to keep applying for jobs so I can hopefully save up some money to go to college. Write out my friend's birthday card. Then I'm off to a meeting in the evening. Not going to be drinking.
