Good news from the doctor

Today (day 65 btw), I had a doctor's appointment because of my stomach pains. It's something harmless. She examined me and everything seemed good. So the diagnosis was simply an irritated stomach.

There's no cure, but I don't have many heavy episodes, so it's all ok. It doesn't bother me.

So that's good news! I'm lucky to have come out of my drinking phase without permanent damage.

To anyone: quit now! Had I continued, I would definitely had harmed my body permanently.

Good news mike. I had a lot of GI issues myself when i was drinking and nearly all of them cleared up after I quit drinking for a while.

I'm hoping they'll clear up for me as well. But if they stay at this level, it's ok. I barely notice it anymore. I actually have to make an effort to pay attention to it.
