Busy, but I think I need to go to a meeting. Or meditate. I don't feel pressured to drink, but I have been very irritable in general. Particularly at one job. Maybe I should lose the job...?

I've just started day 37 and in more angsty, shouty and irritable then I've ever been in my life. I find sleeping for huge amounts of time helps but hopefully it's just a phase,
