Day 62
I'm about to go to bed. This is the end of day 62 for me.
So far, I really haven't had a desire to drink anymore. I thought about drinking in general and got nauseous. Nothing else. No desire. No craving. I can walk past the beer and hardly notice it. It's just a product in the store that I don't need.
I've been sleeping well and feel good. My thoughts are lucid thanks to my medication and life is moving along nicely.
Thursday I'm going to have my stomach pains examined. They haven't been back today though. So it's a mild problem. I think it'll be an easy thing to take care of. I'll see. I'm not concerned.
I have the tendency to jump into new activities too quickly and almost signed up for the gym. I will eventually, but first I need to have my physical therapist give me the ok because I have some mild leftover back pains. I just want to know if I can start exercising on my own. That appointment is on Thursday as well btw.
If it's ok, then I will start strength training some time in the next couple of months. Which is huge, since in my drinking days that was impossible.
So, things are going well over here. I hope the same is true for you all!
Time to go to bed and get a good night's rest.
