Hi I'm a 33 year old lass who has just come to the realisation that I have a problem with drink well no that's a lie I think iv always known but didn't want to admit it my problem isn't drinking everyday it's when I get a drink in my hand that's it game over I drink myself into oblivion I can't remember anything act like a total fool and always end up upsetting the one person I don't want to upset. I don't know what to do who to talk to what the first steps are?? Help!!!

Hi, KM, and welcome to SR. You have already started the process by being honest with yourself about your drinking, and joining and posting here. Now, you need a plan for recovery. Maybe someone here can post the links to the very helpful stickies on this site. I still don't know how to do this.
