Really am struggling with my AV today... I'm sick as a dog with a miserable head cold... A few hot toddies would really... Dang!

It's Day 30 for me... Really wish I could be celebrating that milestone, instead trying figure out how a Nettie pot works when both nostrils are clogged up...

Just think of it as another exciting new experience! Sorry you're sick. Those neti pots do help as does some nice herbal tea and honey. I tend to eat garlic when I'm sick which irritates my husband no end.

Actually, the nettie pot won't work with severe congestion...I tried that once and ended up deaf in one ear for a week.

So sorry you're sick...I came down with bronchitis at week seven or so and I feel for you. I haven't been that sick in years.

As for hot toddies...hot, good. Liquid, good. Alcohol...dehydrating, immune-suppressing, sleep disturbing...not so much.

Same thing happened to me- I had 2 seperate flus in march, one literally right after the other- sick for over 3 weeks.
When I was drinking I never had so much as a sneeze for YEARS xoxo

Forget the hot toddies - try some tea with honey, or cut up half a lemon, soak it in boiling water, add some honey to taste.
