115 days & lonely
Today is my 115th day sober. Staying sober has gotten easier. I sometimes go a couple of days without a craving but they're really hitting me today.
I'm having one of those lonely low down feeling days today. It's so tempting to go buy a bottle and let all the loneliness and bad feelings slip away. But I know that's just my inner addict talking. I'm sober and want to remain so. I WILL remain so. I will not drink tonight.
Posting here is therapeutic.

Congratulations on 115 days!

Great job! Being sober 115 days is quite an accomplishment. Don't squander all that hard work just for self pity. Go through it to the other side. It will pass. It will be better. Tighten up...you're worth it.!!! Hope this helps...peace. ..out
Hi Josh
Being lonely is awful, I also suffer with that. You have done amazingly well, I drank on it and it just made me feel worse its just not worth it.
Only people that are truly lonely know how painful it can be, stay strong.

So glad you posted, blue days are the worst to get through.
Keep that wonderful achievement of 115 days fixed at the front of your mind. Maybe read some posts of people who have relapsed, they NEVER recommend it. Stay strong, you are doing brilliantly!

Great job on 115 days.
I just got back from an AA meeting and it was great to see all my friends. I like AA for a lot of reasons but one of them are the friendships I've made.
If you're onely give AA a try

Josh, I'm glad you're not going to drink because there is nothing outside of you that is going to make those feelings disappear. It's self-love that will heal you. Congratulations on your 115 days of recovery!
