So two crappy night of tossing and turning. Woke to nausea brokedown in the bath early this morning then thought about all the things ive overcome in my life..violent ex and raising my children by myself whilst working hard. I'm a fighter...wounded atm but I have the strength to kick the doc.

Remember that it nearly impossible doing it on your own. There are SR and many other avenues of help. A problem shared is a problem cut in half.

Thanks everyone. SR is my lifeline. Without your support it would be so much harder. I work in a sector that makes it hard to access support for drug problems. I think im one of those people who needs to hit rock bottom to find their inner strength.

I am reluctantly thinking about NA meetings or seeing a drug counsellor...probably the latter. Im worried about being triggered by going through the reasons why I started.
