One more day to go
So today I started day 28, day 29 will mark the longest I've ever been sober in 30 years.
Headaches are continuing to disappear and my blood pressure and heart rate are amazing.
Went to a marathon charity gig today with 60 bands performing The Beatles music in their own styles. Really good day, a couple of people I was with were drinking but I only got one craving all day when seeing drunk people letting their hair down,. I corrected my thinking as when drunk I'm very depressed and not happy at all and treated myself to a slush puppy instead.
Things are definitely starting to get better,
