90 Days!!!
Good Morning SR Family!
Today I am celebrating 90 days of sobriety. I am very excited to hit this milestone, other than pregnancy/nursing I have only been here once before and then became complacent, that is not going to happen this time!!
For those of you with just a few days, Dee's link about having a plan is so important. My plan consists of multiple things: SR, reading, journaling, exercise, mindfulness, and the support of a sober buddy who is also celebrating 90 days today.
Also, I feel so blessed to celebrate with many of my classmates in the January 2016 class. Several of them are sharing this milestone with me, and I will let them tell their own story. Again, if you are just starting out join a class. It really helps to have people who are at the same point on recovery. I love our "Jannies!!"
Thank you to each of you on SR, you have all helped me with your support and your stories.
Looking forward to continuing on my recovery journey with all of you!
