72 Hours out now

I'm at the very beginning of day four. Still the symptoms come in waves. Very foggy. Actually strengthens my resolve in wanting sobriety. How awful it would be (for me anyway) to have no physical, mental or material consequences! Best wishes to all...

Congratulations on day four!! And yeah, the first period is a bit of a roller coaster ride. But it gets better quickly.

Congratulations on day four, what is your plan when you reach day ten and start feeling good again? I always had a hard time and would fall back into drinking again until I made a plan.

Day 4 was my worst day...I was on the couch all day long. I wasn't really sick, but I had zero energy and zero motivation.

But it got better and better...so keep going!
