So I slipped a bit over the weekend and am now on day 3 again. My fiancé went out and I decided to stay in so I wasn't tempted but when I went out for a cigarette I saw a 6 pack of beer on the patio. Thought I could just have one beer with my cigarette because that would taste good... but then fast forward to 4 hours later after I downed the whole 6 pack and broke into my fiancés scotch. Luckily I decided to document the occasion on video and really didn't like what I saw.

I knew better than to take that first drink. I am convinced now more than ever that I cannot drink, not even one drink, not ever. Scary to know that I really cannot seem to stop at one. Booze is dangerous poison to me.

Anyway, back on track. A little emotional today but so happy to be sober. Its been a while since I made it to day 3! I usually go at least one day between drinking days (im a once every 2nd day drinker).. but by day 2 I am usually picking up.
