I'm new to this online community

I could really use some support. I am living out in a rural area and it's hard to get to a meeting so I am using this online forum. I am feeling a bit down in the dumps and am using some of the tools offered on the internet to interact with people of my kind. I hope everyone is having a great Monday. Thanks

Hi, there. Are you sober yet, or still using alcohol?

I only ask because you mention feeling a bit down. For a lot of people, their moods really improve once the booze gets out of the system. It's a depressant for sure.

Chin up; things can and will improve!
