this is 11 weeks sober now and to be honest ive found it rather easy - much easier than i thought i would anyway - ive finally started living and stopped ruining myself with this stupid drug....since i stopped ive heard nothing but stories of how alcohol has destroyed and hurt people i care about - liver damage, death u name it..... im definitely done with alcohol and i can say that quite confidently. thank you to all here who helped me through the early days im truly grateful to each and every one of you for making me realize i was never alone in this struggle. I hope you all can one day conquer your demons also and i really feel like i have beaten this but will continue to check in here occassionaly and let you know of my progress, after all it was this community that started me on the right path and i will never forget that as long as i live - thankyou for creating this site and thanks for helping all of us....
