Hi Everyone
New around these parts. Been lurking around a little bit. Wow this place is a bit overwhelming. Anyway, from what I can see, there seems to be a lot of activity. More than I am used to at the other forum that I participate in. It's great to see the activity here.
I'm an alcoholic and have been sober for about 21 months now. Life is better than I ever remember. But I, like so many, had to find out the hard way. Lost just about everything and have been working my way back since I put down the bottle. It's been a long road but I've met some folks along the way at the other place that are near and dear to me.
That's all I've got for now. I hope to hear more from you all and make some new friends in recovery along the way.

Yes, this is a fast moving forum, but don't be intimidated post as often as you like.
