110+10

Had a lapse, trying to treat it as a learning experience and still give myself credit for those first 110 days plus the current 10 days sober. Giving up on quitting smoking for now.

Hey celandra, glad you're here. Can we help at all? Is there anything you think you might do differently?

Keep at it. It is a learning experience. You were clean for 110 days. So what did you learn from that lapse?

Yeah **** happens. Maybe stop worrying how many days and work on finding a permanent solution. I had to take note of why I was driven seek the escape of intoxication and work on those issues. Worrying about how many days I'd make it made it not permanent and inevitably there would be the day I'd drink again. That's the way I see it. What ever works for you.
