I hate addiction
I hate it with a passion! I hate drug dealers, I hate the drug makers, I hate the doctors that prescribe even when they know there is a problem! I hate my ah does not put his family first! I hate that I really believe he loves me and yet I'm second to pills! I hate that I still melt when he touches me or kisses me, I hate that I love him so much! All this hate and I'm suppose to love everyone!

Your feelings are valid, I too hate addiction for stealing my son.
No sweetie, when you are ready the only person you need to love is yourself. Even before your children if you have any, because until you are okay yourself, you cannot help others to be okay too.
That's why we're here, to help you love you.
Venting is a great way to begin, let out the pain and anger, let out the frustration, and once you have done that you can begin filling the empty places with healing and love for yourself.
