6 week-aversary :-)

Six weeks ago today I committed (yet again) to day one... But this time is different and aside from pregnancies this is the longest I've ever been without alcohol in as long as I can remember. I have a lifetime of daily commitment ahead of me but feeling very proud of my accomplishment thus far ☺️

with regard to sobriety I'm feeling great. The exhaustion and stress I'm feeling are the same now as before by I attempted to deal with them drinking. I need to find the healthful ways to cope which is going to have to include a marriage of sucking it up and saying no to things... And having the wisdom to know when to employ each :-). Right now my focus is on getting through next Friday, when I'm taking a professional certification exam. If I can't get this exhaustion out of my system I'm in trouble.

Congrats ICDB

With exhaustion - unless you feel you need to see a Dr - I found common sense is the best - eat smart, sleep well, and stay as active as possible.

good luck on your certification
