Definitely go see a Doctor.
I have essential tremors. At first they thought it was hereditary, but now they think it may be a result of alcoholism.
Regardless of the cause, the bottom line is if at 4 months sober it may be permanent damage that requires medication.
I have worked with my Dr. and found some meds that help. Your Dr. can help you find a solution that doesn't involve drinking.
If you don't look for an answer with your Dr. these sorts of issue will often lead to a return to drinking (which will usually make the problem worse long term).
Please don't drink, Please see your Dr. and Please know that you are not alone.

You can have reasons, or you can have results, but you can't have both.

It may not be alcohol/sobriety related at all. All the more reason to run it by a doc. Might be a blood sugar thing or something.
Definitely look into it, but don't be alarmed prematurely.

Thank you x Will def get it checked out, im wondering if its more a anxiety thing, its weird im not violently shaking or nothing, just feel slight trembles throughout my body as soon as I wake up, never experienced it before! I will see how I am tomorrow and if still the same I'll make an appointment x
