Inlaws.... I may have to resort to chocolate... I'm just saying... Egads!!!

Chocolate heals all that ails us. It can be especially effective in the form of ice cream.

Saturday night is the Official Weekly Night of the World's Best Chocolate Ice Cream (Gifford's...accept no substitutes).

Fortunately, if they drink and I'm thinking they might, in two more drinks they might forget you're there altogether.

No nobody is drinking. I always used to sneak and drink when they'd all be here ... But I had coffee and a slice of red velvet ... They can all leave now... Anytime now...

Being an introvert and hosting loud family late in the evening is definitely challenging. But I can do this ... With a smile on my face.

We were all yawning but wound up playing an adult card fame and had a nice time. Who knew those could be just as much fun with zero alcohol involved? :-)
