Thank you!! I have one week a month where I am struggling bad. I have not drank over it, but I sure have wanted to. I will have six months on Wednesday, and this cycle has been like clock work. It's comforting to know I'm not alone. I keep telling myself stay the course, it will pass... It does for 3 weeks then the rough week comes back. Thank you again! We can do this : )

My pleasure, ive been keeping track of my cycle and my moods and Im certain that my moods def alter a week before my period, temptation and the drink obession rears its ugly head during this time. Doing a little research has helped to recognise hey its ok you have pms you're feeling cranky but it soon will pass... and it does!
