Wanting to learn about how I feel about alcohol addiction
First post....My husband is an alcoholic however he manages it quite well until it interferes with our lives...it is a cycle....I am hoping that becoming a member of this group will allow me a place to talk about my emotions and to be able to try to deal with them...I have a lot to say but am not ready to put it all into words right now...thank you for providing a venue to Learn and get support.

Just the thought that you can not control someone else's behaviour is something that is so simple and yet so difficult....letting go of the idea of control is so Important!!
