What are the little pics that come and go under my avatar? Many people have them some more than others and I don't think I put them there.

Also, what are the green squares all about beside how many posts you have written.

The green squares are your Karma points. If you hold your arrow over them it will tell you what your karma is. You can click on the shell thing on the bottom of your name to find out how many karma points you have. You can give karma to other people by clicking on their shell looking thing.
