In case things aren't so great
If you are in a place that seem inescapable just keep working at trying to overcome the situation. Most times it's not easy and can become hopeless and overwhelming.
A lot of people, self included, have been there and it is something I would never wish upon anyone. Its like one's own personal hell.
I was physical sick, mentally wore down and spirituality lost.
I knew I had to change something and that these 3 ailments wouldn't heal right away. It took time and is still taking time to this day.
So for anyone that is thinking about giving up I just wanna say that it is more than worth it not to give up and go through that initial harsh withdrawal, upset family and friends, people on your case about getting help, etc. if that is the case for you. (that was my personal scenario)
I'll never say that it is easy to do because in most cases its the hardest f'in thing to do.
Please don't give in to something that will ultimately cause you pain, suffering and unfortunately for some death.
I hope this helps anyone and everyone that is struggling in their battle.
Thanks for reading and for helping me and others as well.
Take care
