whenever I try to quit

I get either a blood nose, tinnitus or both. What the deal?

Have you talked to your dr about those issues? I have tinnitus but it has nothing to do with alcohol. It's a fairly common condition. Your dr might have suggestions for you.

Something else is causing that, lol. What do you do differently when you quit drinking? My tinnitus is worse when I drink excessive coffee, or eat salty foods. Bloody nose is usually from dry air.

Well I already saw a doctor about the tinnitus and he check my ears and said my right ear was blocked, but the buzzing sound mostly comes from my left ear. He gave me waxsol prescription but hasn't really done anything. I think the nose bleeds is due to quitting because it has happened twice when I had tried to quit drinking.

Well I've heard gongs that cracked me to the core of my bones when I have quit drinking so whatever tinnitus I've had has been pretty minor to me, even if it's deafening.
I've also struggled with bleeding issues. I chalk it up to our bodies are already dehydrated from the drinking, and early detox usually leaves us incredibly dehydrated, leaving us vulnerable to so many body ailments like tinnitus and nose bleeds and other bodily problems.
I've found these things usually pass with time, proper hydration and nutrition and sustained abstinence.

I'd definitely ask your doc, but I wonder....if you're having withdrawal symptoms when you quit perhaps the nosebleeds could be blood pressure related?

Just a thought.

Both could be signs of hypertension.
(Not true tinnitus, but a surging more than a ringing sound).
