Today is day 21
Another typically hectic weekday on tap, though I opted to take the morning off from the gym in lieu of some extra sleep and to avoid a little of the morning chaos. Instead I get to go the dentist... I'd rather workout :-). Then work which will undoubtedly be crazy busy and home for an end of season sports dinner with the family.

And today I will not drink, and I will add another full week of sobriety to my talley.

aw thanks :-) I am trying to make a point of pausing for a moment each morning as I place the stone in the jar, reminding myself of the commitment to this day.
