Update 4 days in

Hi all, 4 days in and doing ok.
Feeling odd but haven't drunk. Sleeps not great & very tired is this normal? Been dry at least. Chugging down water. Detoxing.
Positives, went out whole foods got supplies as moving to plant based diet. Only drunk 4 out of 10 days, this is 4th day clean. Lost 2lbs in weight.
Going to persist. Speak soon x

Keep at it, thats awesome! I am about 10 days in and definitely feeling the same way with the sleep and being tired. Cant fall asleep and when I do, I sleep forever.

On my fourth day as well. Feeling alright. Not great, but not bad. Keep adding up those days!! I think amping up your diet will be a great help.

Congratulations Tommy and feeling tired is normal for many as I understand. I feel tired at 2 months. We must need it and are recovering.

7 days in, feeling much better & slept well for first time last night . Had a little wobble today which was drink related and is a reminder to be mindful as not out of the woods yet. However feel in control. It's been a social week so quite happy with progress as temptation is there. Eating lots of fruit & veg & worked out every day this week and had comments on how well I'm looking. Even did some yoga. Very happy today. Today is a good day to be alive. I'm grateful & looking forward to tomorrow for the first time in a long time. Will report back soon x
