Restless sleep, drinking dream, woke up weird
I just woke up after the weirdest partial night of sleep. I am far from rested.
My sleep was restless. I dreamed that I was drinking and got really drunk. Then I woke up, but I still felt drunk. It lasted for about two minutes, during which I went to the bathroom. At one point I thought: "I never want to feel like this ever again." This added credibility to the idea that whatever you've taken, your body memorizes it,
It went away but left me upset, I never wanted that feeling ever again. And now it was there.
The feeling upset is something I can work on. And I just needed to get this off my chest.
Ok, I'm going back to bed, I am beyond tired.
