Important biz meeting - so glad I'm sober!

I used to dread morning business meetings.

Because I would be running late, rushed, blurry red eyed, probably still smelled of booze no matter how much I washed or brushed. Mind half shot... worrying if someone notices my red face and sweating. Not prepared .. If I had to speak.

Today, woke up at 6a .. Had a hearty breakfast . . Relaxed and prepared. My face is clearer and not puffy and red.... Eyes actually look white!

Just pleased with myself and had to share!
