It is normal in detox.

You don't give much info. What is your situation?

Welcome spadge....... I had absolutely zero appetite in early sobriety. I had to force myself to eat,. My diet consisted of sparkling water and Hearts of palm straight out of the can or jar. When I could stomach that I started adding a small amount of fruit and soup ( just broth in the beginning )... Little by little my appetite returned. That's just my experience, but If you're very concerned you should see your doctor.

Just a tip. After you've written your post, copy it into Notepad. This site sometimes has a glitch and you can lose what you wrote.

Zero appetite on day 6 is not uncommon. Increased appetite isn't either. It depends on the person.

Keep hydrated first of all. And do make yourself eat healthy foods. Even if you have no appetite, you still need them.

If tomorrow you still can't eat, go see your doctor immediately. Not eating for that long can cause real problems.

My appetite was spotty in early recovery. Now it's normal and healthy. See your doctor if it persists.

That's great! Make sure you drink enough water as well.
