12 Weeks

Wow - I am at 12 weeks sober now. That seemed so far away when I started this journey. Sticking to the plan is what keeps me accountable. Counseling sessions, this site, hitting the gym, new hobbies, etc..

I still have urges every now and then but I am finding it a little easier to redirect my thoughts.

Thanks to everyone on this site.
