Jesus brought me to this verse this morning....
Sweet friends-I had to share this....if you were or are still married to a narcissist or anyone trying to ruin you or get back at you, think about how these words may apply to your situation. The Lord has been giving me a lot of scripture lately about not being afraid and trusting in Him.
Psalm 56:1-7
Be merciful to me, my God, for my enemies are in hot pursuit; all day long they press their attack.
My adversaries pursue me all day long, in their pride many are attacking me.
When I am afraid, I put my trust in you.
In God, whose word I praise-in God I trust and I not afraid- what can mere mortals do to me?!
All day long they twist my words: all their schemes are for my ruin.
They conspire, they lurk, they watch my steps, hoping to take my life.
Because of their wickedness, do not let them escape, God.
In your anger, God, bring the nations down.
And Romans 12:17-21
Beloved, never avenge yourself, but leave it to the wrath of God-for it is written, "vengeance is mine, I will repay, says The Lord".
Hope this speaks to someone today! Cheers y'all.

Thank you for this. I'm in a situation where I'm being invalidated. For instance, cracking knukles when I talk. I asked him last night not to do that but now he'll probably do it more or get back at me another way. Sometimes it's a no win situation. When to accept? and when to speak up? a difficult choice. Why is he around? He doesn't live here but takes care of me when I feel ill...I have no one else.
