Hi everyone! I just wanted to give a brief update since I've been away visiting my parents in FL.
I'm on day 12, or technically 13 since it's now 1:30 am! In any case, I've been dealing with lots of emotions(lots of anger, tears at random times)/physical issues but bolstered by the love and support of family.
I went to with my mom to her alanon meeting Friday where I met lots of aa/alanon ppl who were so kind and swarmed me. It felt so good to be surrounded by like minded individuals. I plan to go back before I head home.
I have lots more details about what's been going on in my mind and body but I'll save it for tomorrow since I'm beat. I just wanted to let you know I'm still hanging in, albeit a daily battle.
