It's good when you can say that this time it's for real. Took me so long to reach that level of acceptance and it feels so good. Life is so much better sober and congrats on Day 2.

Lots of showers, clean sheets, hydrate like crazy.
Soup helps and I drank gallons of herbal tea.

You can get through this and will feel so much better in just a week

Walk, hydrate, breathe. Distraction is your friend.

You can do this!

Hey! I don't live too far from you. Hang on, it will be great if you make it stick.

There are a lot of AA meetings in the area. Have you considered going? It will help and make you feel better and connected and more part of the human race. Being around healthy, happy people was huge for me in early days. I went to 90 in 90 and came out a much better person.

Hi United! Stay with it - it gets soooooo much better.

My craving hacks - freshly squeezed orange juice, tastes so good and keeps your hands busy

Be good to yourself, united guy; drink plenty of water; eat small, light meals; try to get some fresh air; and rest.

You never have to feel this way, again; move solidly into sobriety and recovery.

A better way of living awaits you.

You can do this! Don't give up! Lots of rest and be really gentle with yourself. Don't make any big decisions. Sleeping/eating at odd times is totally ok.
