I am glad to be here.
Today is a good day. I was sick the past two days. I have problems with my stomach as I am on a few drugs for my depression and panic/anxiety. I have been trying to do some mindfulness meditation to help with this and hopefully slow down on the meds. I have done a lot of research and neurologically is supposed to work. So far so good.

Yes, I am having problems with drugs and alcohol. I am having trouble with my emotions. It is difficult to deal with them. I'm on several meds to help me with this. Please send a prayer my way. I need a group hug.
