Weird skull thing & soup making

I've had a dull headache since my last drink 3 days ago. I'm pretty sure it has more to do with lack of sleep and too much time in front of my work computer (making up for letting things slide about 40 hours in three days). But I'm getting with weird feeling I can't really describe. It's not dizzy, it's not vertigo, it kind of feels like the back part of my skull is kind of being gently magnetically pulled diagonally back from the way my head is facing. It's a little familiar to the body hallucination feelings of withdrawal (like when trying to sleep and feeling like I was levitating... That was cray!)

Anyway, ended my work day at 9pm, came home and made the most amazing smokey Tunisian carrot soup, steamed broccoli, and a lean steak just for me. First meal I truly loved taking down.

Last of the binge laundry is in the machine, and my house is getting back in order.
Slight case of the heavy heart on the way home (walked the three miles back home from the as well as this morning... Love to walk) so I called my mom and chatted away about nothing.

Mixing up a detox drink called Switchel (apple cider vinegar, lemons, ginger, honey, mint, and water). Sits for 2 hours, enjoy with mint and ice. Really good for balancing the stomach's ph and detoxing the liver (yay!!).

Jarring up mini mason jars of my soup for my coworkers and hitting bed.

Night all

You can have reasons, or you can have results, but you can't have both.

When I saw the title of this post, I thought it was going to be a recipe for bone broth.

Hi Water, congrats on 3 days, awesome....
....I really think that you should see a doc and tell him what is going on...I am familiar with a similar feeling sensation you described...
I believe it is to do with withdrawal and it can progress to something worse.

I remember that feeling so well. Congrats. What a relief to be back in your sober mind, even if it is aching.

The feelings of the skull ache sound familiar to me too.
I like to check in with the doc, eases my anxiety somewhat to get professional advice.
It seems to me that you are doing well on day 3 to make the soup & enjoy the fruits of your labour... Well done
Hope your colleagues appreciate it!
