I don't know how to change my sobriety date on my phone, but until do, this is my official day one. I have been on this website all day. Thankfully the boss is out. I'm depending on this thread to hold me accountable. I want to start building relationships with sober people, and you all seem like a great community to do that with. I never want to relive day 1 again.

The good news is that you never have to have a day one again! You can do this, Carrie, just take it one day at a time.

SR is a great tool. I use it often and sometimes i check in from the office too.

Wishing you the best. Perhaps you could join the daily recovery thread? I use it daily just to check in and commit to TODAY's sobriety.

If you commit to today's sobriety early in the day, i find it helps for whatever reason.
