My head really sore during the night, feel wrung out, think it's all the chatter in my head from the past 3 nights meetings. All good though, no going back, I AM NOT going to revisit day 1. This too shall pass as they say.
Thanks SR for help as always, just keeping a record day to day to keep me right.

Yes, the first week or two can be mighty tough. I remember just lying on the sofa, not wanting to do ANYTHING!!! But, it does get better and each day a little easier than the next. Congrats on Day 4

I'm on day 4 myself and I know what you mean about your head being sore. Besides a little anxiety and restlessness, it sure feels good doesn't it? Congrats on day 4, I'm pretty excited.

My first week of many attempts at getting sober were full of anxiety and uncomfortable feelings. It does pass and calm down if you stay sober.
