I just hit 2 weeks

Ok so it's only 2 weeks but to me it's a milestone, I can't believe I have done it, gonna keep pushing forward now to the next 2 weeks.
Just wanted to share with you all - yes I am smiling to myself as I feel quite proud, I do believe that popping on here daily has really helped me, reading others stories that I can relate to makes me realize what I was like when I drank, and gives me the power to overcome the cravings when they get too close, I read and it reminds me of what I will feel like in the morning or the whole of the next day in my case, to sum that feeling up in a word - Terrible! So thank you SR for being here for me, I feel good today

Well done zigzagging. I feel exactly the same about SR. Being in a foreign country I am sure if I hadn't accidently found this sight I wouldn't be well into my 4th week sober today and feeling good.

You can have reasons, or you can have results, but you can't have both.

That's great, ZZ. I get what you're saying -- two weeks may not seem like long to some but it's proof you can do it. If you can do two weeks, you can do a month, and if a month, why not six? You're on your way!

Zigzag,

Good for you. Good for you.

You got this. but don't get complacent -- that AV is sneaky.

Congratulations.
