Boredom, anxiety, pent up energy (even after I exercise) are triggers for me. As I previously so eloquently stated, not relieving it with alcohol or smoking has made me want to rip my skin off. I recently started adult coloring books, and they are great! Keeps the hands busy, time consuming, relaxing, and you get a beautiful finished product at the end. Hi lovetolisten. I do coloring too. Have a paint by number, which is a little tedious but still relaxing.

Haha I recently picked up an adult coloring book.... Then had to drive to 4 different stores to find a decent pack of colored pencils! The craze has cleared out all the stores lol
